Sorry, but "My software is malfunctioning like crazy" is utterly meaningless if you don't care to explain what actually isn't working or what errors you get and providing proper system info to go with it. The rest is not really relevant. Technical issues in the programs have nothing to do with the activation and the activations can be reset by contacting support and explaining the situation.
