Troubleshooting FAQ
Error "The image cannot be opened" when opening images from Lightroom Mobile
Photoshop Mix currently supports up to 24M pixel (or 6000x4000 pixels) at file open. We are working on increasing this limit in a future update.
Workaround: Crop the image to smaller than 6000x4000 pixels then sync to Lightroom Mobile for import to Photoshop Mix.
