How on earth can I get to speak to someone about the disaster this has all been. I would like my money back and the chance to re-install version 11 which at least I knew how to use.
The download went OK - but it seemed that what I wanted to do required plug-ins. So I downloaded the CS5 Optional Plug-in installer - but they came in a file format that my Apple Mac didn't open so I downloaded Adobe Extension manager - but it won't install the optional plug-ins because it says I need PhotoShop Elements 12 or higher - WHICH I HAVE INSTALLED! I restarted my computer. Re-downloaded all the programs. I uninstalled the earlier versions of Elements - but no - nothing fixes it. And to make matters worse the instructions with the new version for creating various things, like photo collages really don't match the program - they refer to things that are not there - as does the Help material on the web - which is why I embarked on the download in the first place. Still I cannot get simple access to a means of printing more than one picture on one page.
I have wasted half a day on this!!!!! I now have a version of elements that seems completely mystifying to someone who has been running all sorts of computer programs since the early 1980s. It is not fully functional - and the options to talk about this in the Help site are ridiculous - why not somewhere where you can just state your problem - the chat experience (twice) was abominable. And how on earth can the forum help??? Except by teaching me to suck eggs.
Can I have my money refunded and the capability to reinstall Version 11 - since 13 adds a whole lot of annoying crap - like 'faces' which I don't want - iPhoto is annoying enough.
