The color differences stemmed from my doing several pano attempts, both pre- and post- some editing. I did the editing in Lightroom, though, and auto-synced all the images, so I don't think that should have created a problem. Sent you unedited individual images and a post-edited merge attempt.
I have to go now, but will attempt the manual merge tomorrow. Thanks much for that tip and for your responses. Will let you know if I'm successful.
