Hi,
Your folders are probably showing under My Folders. In that case, click on the small icon to the right of that heading and the view should change to Folders.
Normally, I would use Lightroom as my organizer and only use the Photoshop Elements Editor as the external editor. In this case, the Elements organizer isn't really needed.
