Hello,
I have Photoshop CS6, with Windows 8.1. I have noticed that the zoom scrolling while holding alt is not working.
Normal functionality for me:
just scrolling will scroll up and down
Ctrl + Scroll will pan left and right
Alt + Scroll will zoom in and out.
Now nothing really happens (not even up and down), and after doing research I decided to look and the general settings. While I am in that screen I have full scroll functionality, of my psd with the Preferences open, and when I close it, I lose function.
I am uncertain what caused this, or when it stopped working. I updated my NVidia driver a few days ago, but I don't know if these times correlate - I think it stopped before the driver update.
I read something about OpenGL, I only have a GeForce card, but I have had this functionality for years, why would it change?
Note: everything seems normal in InDesign and Illustrator
