Hello,
I downloaded Photoshop elements and Premiere elements last November. Have used the photoshop quite a bit but never used the Premiere. I have a folder for it on my desktop but no icon. I wonder if it downloaded properly to begin with. I signed in to my order history so I am assuming I can download it again. Should I delete it off my computer first? any ideas appreciated. I am not very technically inclined so please explain carefully thanks!
