The can occur if you have low disk space with real time disk monitoring applications running (e.g. virus checkers, CrashPlan, etc). Switching such applications to manual rather than realtime might help. Better still to get a larger SSD as 20MB is way to little as OS will often need more for temp files, virtual disk space, etc
