Elements 9 problems
Please try deleting the BadDrivers.txt file and, if that does not work, could you post a screenshot that
captures the problem in action?
For the BadDrivers.text file....Windows 8 64 bit Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1.....
Local Disk C
Program Data
Adobe
Premiere Elements
9.0
and in the 9.0 Folder is the BadDrivers.txt file that you delete. Make sure that you are working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders,
and Drives active so that you can see the complete path cited. Close out of there. When you open Premiere Elements project, the program will
generate a new BadDrivers.txt file, but the problem hopefully will be gone.
We will be watching for further developments.
Thank you.
