Help me understand table styles (5.5)

It's style day!!

Ok... I've been experimenting, trying to follow Adobe's guides...

I've defined a table style, a header row cell style, and a body row cell style.

I have included the header and body row cell styles in the Table style. However, when I apply the Table style, the Header and Body row styles don't apply.

That said - I can apply them manually and it works just fine.

Any advice? Is there another guide to see?
