I have not found a way to communicate these problems directly to Adobe. Seems to me if a company is 'proud' of their product they would jump on this with both feet. Also, they would be quick to respond to the users of their intention and notify us of progress. As an individual that spent 50 years in various service capacities in different industries, I would never allow this lack of effort and communication. Some one needs to light a fire under these people - oh yea - you can't contact them!
