thanks for looking! If I knew the answers to all your questions, I probably would know what's wrong and how to fix it. I am not looking to do anything exciting here, just trying to archive a program to a playable DVD. Well - I have it playable, it's just not watchable unless you can deal with badly synced audio.
Loaded up mediainfo and it says the frame rate is 29.97, but a variable bit rate for video and constant audio.
I will look into handbrake.
