RICHARD: I have been on the phone and net all day. It is impossible to talk to a real person. If you note Adobe's 'customer service policy', they say they want to hear from customers - that's BS. If you read through this site, many people are experiencing problems with Elements 12 and Yosemite. Well, this site is for users to help users - I'll bet a month's pay Adobe does not read it.
