I better start at the beginning:
I use a MAC OS 10.8. When I use CS5 (needed because it has "picture package") ACR version is 6.7.0.339
In CS 6 ACR is version 8.6.0.254
Cameras: Canon EOS 1D Mark IV and Nikon D300S, plus several other models of both cameras.
