the Chat was taking a long time to respond (other cumstomers ahead of me) so I re-loaded the page to see if anybody had responded and now I seem to have lost the chat. It says please quit and restaret your browser to start a new chat but does not show me the existing chat. Very frustrating. I have now spent 2 hours on this and got nowhere.
