Re: I purchased the Acrobat Pro subscription. However, anytime I try to open a PDF I get a box which tells me that my trial period is over and it won't let me access my file. HELP!

Hi pprmm,

 

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

You need to click on license this application button and then try login with your Adobe id and password. And that should get the latest information of subscription that you have.
