My issue is this: In my book I have multiple pages with colors or images that go to the edge of the page. The book size is 210mm by 210mm, so if I were to print on A4 size then I would get a white border since the printer cannot print to the edge of the paper. Printing each page on an A3 seems like a waste of paper so I want to print 2 pages per A3. If I do this, then I only get a white border on the outside edge of the booklet. Better, but still unacceptable. What I would like to do is switch the pages on a sheet so that the white edge will be lost in the binding. Can anyone help me to print from indesign 5.5 to pdf like this?
