It looks like you're about four years behind on drivers for your graphics hardware.

I'm not sure that this will fix the issue since you're seeing it both with hardware acceleration enabled and disabled, though.
In Firefox, if you type about:crashes in the address bar, you'll get a list of crashes.
Click the link and it will submit the report to Mozilla and open a new page. Copy and paste the address from the new window into a reply. If you have more than one from the last couple days, a few would be helpful.
In Firefox, if you choose Menu (hamburger icon) > Help (?) > Restart with Add-Ons Disabled, does this crash persist?
