My colleague can deal with Sony PXW-FS7 XAVC-L codec videos on his advanced computer. But owing to my computer configuration and computer environment, my Elements 13 can not deal with XAVC files neither XAVC-I codec nor XAVC-L codec. Finally, I had to get Brorsoft Video Converter to rewrap my XAVC videos into MPEG-2 for Elements 13. Luckily, this program can afford my videos perfectly. Save my life.
