I purchased Photoshop Elements 13 and downloaded it. I have Windows Vista Business. When I try to set it up, it asks me to either install or try a trial version. I hit install and it tells me to log in. I type in my information and it loads forever. What

I have tried restarting the computer several times, shutting down and turning back on, resetting my password to be sure I can it correctly, EVERYTHING. I don't know what else to do. And of course, the chat guy says he can't help me because they don't have chat for Windows Vista... Somebody please help!
