I published something in captivate 7. I added buttons on my slides that only get visible when slide audio and animation is finished. That way they have to look at the whole animation and they can only go to next or previous slide when this is finished.
When animation is playing (in internet explorer) and I click anywhere on the screen the animation (and audio) jumps to a certain point. This is always to the same point further in the timeline. How can I avoid this? I don't want them to be able to do anything while listening and viewing.
My click boxes are removed, I only have the animation, recording and buttons on my timeline. When I go into powerpoint my animation is saved as one continuing movement. No clicks or anything are needed, when the slide is displayed the animation starts and this continues until the endof the slide.
How do I solve this? How do I prevent the slides from jumping when clicked? I found one other discussion about this topic, one person had exactly the same. But nobody ever answered his question.
