I have the same problem, I have 284 Idea files, they started to sync and when it got to nearly 100 % syncing they all disappeared. They are still in CC but they do not appear in Adobe Ideas. I have tried 3 different iPads (iPad Air 1, iPad mini 1, iPad Retina), all running iOS 8.1. It is very frustrating as I am working on several ideas for my work and I can't access them and I am running out of time.
