I tried to change the email address I used on the form. I used the email address I have used for Adobe Subscription.It worked but I am surprised it comes via Amazonses. The email is send by Adobe via Amazonses. However the other email address I was using did not work. I am not sure what is ahppening. No one seems to respond, although for all other queries I had quick reponse
