Homepage Based PDF Interactive

So I'm piecing together some information for a Corporate Graphic using InDesignCC that was supposed to be an A3 print out but is getting more and more information wedged into it that it's looking like a interactive PDF would be best.

At current the main page (page 1) is a landscape A3 size page with graphics that are hyperlinked to other pages on the doc (Page 2, Page 3, Page 4 etc)

My question being, what settings do I need to have when Exporting the doc to an interactive PDF to have only Page 1 display when opened and to access Page 2, you have to click on a hyperlink taking you there

At current when I export it displays Page 1 with interactions working no problem, but if I scroll down I'll get Page 2, Page 3 etc. I don't want that to display.

Help is very much appreciated, this project may end up being easier to export to SWF or FLA but I have no experience in that area so would like to work with the tools I have some understanding of compared to zero knowledge.

*Second Quick Question*

My doc is filled with several HQ images which I've shifted and pasted into frame so just a certain slither of them is showing, can someone please explain how to trim all of the unused photo automatically as my doc is blowing out (500mb)

Cheers!!
