I have "downloaded" a trial version of Elements 13. A window headed ADOBE DOWNLOAD ASSISTANT comes up and after sometime when the blue progress bar reaches the end a message "download completed" is displayed under the blue progress bar. This window stays displayed on the screen and nothing further happens. I have left the window open for over an hour. Please help.
