Hi,
CC worked for a while.
We are stuck trying to update and now reinstall Adobe CC.
We had troubles after an update wasn't completed or failed.
MacBook Pro running Mac OS X 10.9.5
Trying to fix we get into this loop
1. Trying to reinstall fails.
2. Trying to use Adobe Application Manager fails.
3. Adobe Installer Error
4. No Adobe Support Advisor
Back to where we started, in a loop :-(
We eventually deleted all Adobe products in /Applications and all files in /Library/Application Support
We haven't deleted ~/Library/Application Support because we believe there may be some configuration / preferences stored in there and don't want to lose them.
Will I lose any configuration/preferences when deleting ~/Library/Application Support?
For example, don't want to lose Adobe Acrobat signatures.
Any help appreciated.
