Captivate 8 - Random Quiz, Short answer, No Score as HTML works as SWF

I am creating a quiz using 5 question pools with 20 questions per pool.  All short answer.

A test quiz with ONE random question from one pool will:

1. Display the score when published as SWF
2. Not display the score when published as HTML

An individual short answer added to this quiz or a question moved from a question pool works correctly.
