Dear Adobe,
I have been trying to cancel my one month trial membership. It is a fantastic product, but I just do not have anytime to mess around with it. Anyways, it asks me to call customer support to get my money back. I waited over 30 minutes. The man asked me for my e-mail and the call was disconnected. I tried calling back, but I have been on hold for over an hour and twenty minutes. Please cancel my account? This is a little ridiculous.
