Nearing the end of my trial subscription of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, I followed the links in my latest alert email and purchased a license for "Acrobat XI Pro Subscription Edition (one-year)." When I download the program all appears well. When I install and attempt to launch the program, it fails to launch, and repeatedly asks me if I want to re-open. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and has anyone successfully fixed it? Thanks in advance.
