Regarding the Microsoft info on files...there a mix of my computer not
matching the instructions so I couldn't follow them and it got deeper into
technology than I am willing to venture so I don't break the computer.
Geeks need to realize the rest of us don't know what they know, so what is
simple to them is complex to us. Unfortunately, there is no solution to
this at the current time other than getting a new computer or borrowing
someone's that does not have this problem.
Thank you for your help, but as I said at the beginning, it is better to
have techs who can solve these things remotely because it is out of reach,
at least, of my desire to swim in technical waters.
