Creative Cloud Window Blank

I recently downloaded the Creative Cloud trial and am having trouble installing applications (specifically the photoshop application). When I open the Creative Cloud logged into my Adobe ID account the window appears to be blank and the icon on the menu bar is greyed out.

I have a Mac, and have already removed special characters from my login info, tried reinstalling the cloud, and have deleted the opm.db files multiple times in my Library (however the reappear after I closed the cloud and reopen it). I don't know my other options. Help!!
