This response is completely useless to me; I've contacted the AAU more than once and was directed to bring this issue to ADOBE. On top of that, I'm not interested in "evaluating" the CC; at the end of the day, it's still something you're eventually going to end up gouging me for and I have no desire to be forced to continually pay for a product/service that essentially replaces something that worked perfectly fine but was wrongfully taken from me!
