If you think memory capacity might be an issue try rebooting the system and only open LR. 32GB should be plenty of memory, but this will insure there isn't an issue caused by other open applications.
If still slow I suggest updating your Nvidia graphics drivers with a "clean install:" You can download the latest version here:
NVIDIA DRIVERS GeForce 340.52 Driver WHQL
When installing the updated driver select 'Custom (Advanced)' and check the option for 'Perform Clean Install.'
