Adobe Support is not what it should be. Users have been trying to get Adobe to fix acknowledges bugs in Photoshop yet the bugs remain in Photoshop release after release. Adobe does fix some bugs. It very frustrating dealing with Adobe support. Do a web search on Adobe support to get an idea of how Adobe Support is viewed. I have given up dealing with Adobe Support. I do submit bug reports to adobe support site Photoshop Family Customer Community but that's it. I don't even check on them any more. If you use Photoshop and come across a bug that impacts you please submit a report and then ask if anyone here has a good work around. You need to learn to work around Photoshop bugs You will get better advice here the from Adobe. Adobe does fund this site Adobe . Adobe does help the users to help each other. Still IMO Adobe Support and development need better management and discipline. Good luck and be civil
