Premiere Elements 12を使用しています。動画エフェクトの「アクティブカメラ」の挙動がおかしいように思います。まず、パラメータの表記で「垂直」と「水平」であるべきところが、両方とも「垂直」になっています。さらに、片方のスライダーだけを動かそうとすると、両方が同時に動いてしまい、思うように設定できません。以上、この件に関して情報があればお知らせください。よろしくお願いします。
