Sounds like you only want the buttons to go to the particular social media site?
Why not just use the social media Icons. There are tons of different ones on the web or even in fonts like font awesome.
Another thing you may be able to do is to place any graphic you want on the page and the place the Muse Social media widgets over top and then adjust the opacity to 0 so it is invisible so it looks like the buttons you created but people are actually clicking on the social media widget.
