古いAdobe製品のソフトを買った新しいパソコンにインストールしています。Adobe IDのパスワードを入力すると6〜12の文字で入力してくださいと出てきます。今使ってパスワードは14文字なのでそこで作業が止まってしまってます。どうしたらよいでしょうか？パスワード 変更すれば進めるのでしょうか宜しくお願いします。

Adope PDFﾌﾟﾘﾝﾀｰに「A5」の用紙ｻｲｽﾞが選択出来ません。Acrobat X Pro 10.0.0では指定出来たのだが、最新10.1.12にｱｯﾌﾟﾃﾞｰﾄしたら上記現象になりました。ｱﾌﾟﾘｹｰｼｮﾝにて「A5｣ｻｲｽﾞを直接指定している為、ｶｽﾀﾑで用紙を追加して使用する事は出来ません。回避策を教えて下さい。使用しているOSはWin7SP1（32ﾋﾞｯﾄ）です。
